I made a mistake and I need to change the personalisation on my order.

If you've finalised your order and then realised you have made a mistake on your order, please reach out to us ASAP.

You can contact us by replying to the email your order invoice is sent from, ring us on 0477101785 or reaching out via the messenger app.

Most times we are able to update the personalisation prior to engraving and shipping.

Please note, if the mistake is not picked up within the first few hours after the order is placed [especially during the week] there may be instances where we have already engraved and shipped your order. If this occurs you will need to repurchase the order again.
