We offer flat rate shipping, regardless of how many Miss Bold Design products you purchase i.e. If you purchase a board and a coaster, you will be offered the two flat rate shipping optionsto select between – StarTrack Express, Authority to Leave or AusPost Express, Signature on Delivery.
What’s the difference between authority to leave and signature on delivery shipping?
Authority to leave – the courier will leave your parcel near your front door or gate; no signature will be required for delivery.
Signature on delivery – to receive your parcel you will need to be available to sign for your parcel. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, you will be left an AusPost delivery card and be able to pick it up from the noted post office at a later time.
Please note, if you select Authority to leave and you live or work in a secure unit or building with no access to couriers or place for the courier to leave your parcel, it will be returned to us and you will need to repay the freight cost.
If you have chosen authority to leave at checkout and would now like to change to the signature to delivery, we are able to offer this prior to shipping for an extra $5. Please contact us via email at email@example.com or our contact page to organise a Paypal invoice or payment to be processed against your credit card on file.

+ Parcels being sent to the North Territory and Upper regional Queensland can take longer than the estimated time frames above.
Can you guarantee delivery time frames?
No, unfortunately, we can’t.
Delays can happen with either of our freight couriers. Once it’s in the courier’s hands we are unable to make your parcel be delivered any faster.
StarTrack Express is the first on the freight plane from Perth, making them the slight leader in delivery turnaround times. Aus Post Express has set guidelines in regards to their next-day guarantee offers, you can read more here.
I chose pick-up, where do I pick up my order from?
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
This email contains important info about where to pick up your order.
We give a description in this email of where your parcel will be located at the pick up address.
Please note there is not always someone available at the address, so you need to take note of the description in the email.
+ If you have another person picking up your parcel, then please pass on the details of the email to them.
Pick up is available 8 am – 7 pm, Monday to Friday. NO WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY PICK UPS AVAILABLE.
I can’t see the Perth shipping or pick up options at checkout?
The Perth shipping and pick up options will not appear until you enter a full Perth address on the checkout page, this is to ensure that the appropriate shipping options are shown to customers based on their location.
Will I get a tracking number for my parcel?
Yes, when you order is picked up by the couriers you will receive an email which will include a tracking number from either StarTrack Express or AusPost.
I can’t get the link to work in my tracking email, is there another way to check the tracking number?

I haven’t received a tracking email, can you let me know what I need to do?
Please note, if have already placed your order and now want to upgrade to Aus Post Express, signature on delivery, please get in touch ASAP [this needs to be at time of mock-up approval email or prior to mock-up approval] and we can organise to charge the extra to your card on file or issue a Paypal invoice.
I have placed an order, but I need to change my address.
We are more than happy to change addresses to workplaces or family addresses at the mock approval stage. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or our contact page to make any changes. Although after your order moves to approved, engraving and collected freight we are unable to update addresses.
Can I have my parcel delivered to my workplace?
Sure can, please provide us with as much information as possible when completing your order, for example, level two, deliver to reception, access via side door, open 10 – 3 pm. If you have any information you wish to share in regards to delivery please contact us via email at email@example.com or our contact page.
How many items can I ship with each shipping option?
As many as you like, all our shipping options are flat-rate priced. This means if you purchase one board or ten boards the shipping cost will not change.
Please note when you have a mixture of products in your cart i.e. chopping board plus coaster, you will be offered the board flat-rate pricing.
If I have a PO Box can I choose StarTrack Express?
Sure can, we will change the parcel delivery to AusPost Express, as this is currently the most affordable option for PO Box addresses.
How do I get free shipping?
You can receive free standard shipping via AusPost or StarTrack [this is dependent on the where you are located] when you place an order over $200. If you would like to opt-out of the free standard freight as you need the order urgently, please contact us and we can provide the cost for express freight.
