How do I get free shipping?

Place an order for over $200 [not including shipping costs] and we will pay the express shipping for you! Please note this only applies to retail orders, not corporate or bulk discount orders. Please contact us via email at hello@missbolddesign.com.au or our contact page for a shipping quote if you are interested in our corporate or bulk order pricing.

Can you guarantee delivery time frames?

No, unfortunately, we can’t. Delays can happen with either of our freight couriers. Once it’s in the courier’s hands we are unable to make your parcel be delivered any faster. StarTrack Express is the first on the freight plane from Perth, making them the slight leader in delivery turnaround times. Aus Post Express has set guidelines in regards to their next day guarantee offers, you can read more here and do take longer to deliver to country areas.

How many items can I ship with each shipping option?

As many as you like, both our shipping options are flat rate priced. This means if you purchase one board or ten boards the shipping cost will not change.

If I have a PO Box can I choose StarTrack Express?

Sure can, we will change the parcel delivery to AusPost Express, as this is currently the most affordable option for PO Box addresses.

Can I have my parcel delivered to my workplace?

Sure can, please provide us with as much information as possible when completing your order, for example, level two, deliver to reception, access via side door, open 10 – 3 pm. I have placed an order, but I need to change my address.

We are more than happy to change addresses to workplaces or family addresses at the mock approval stage. Please contact us via email at hello@missbolddesign.com.au or our contact page to make any changes. Although after your order moves to approved, engraving and collected freight we are unable to update addresses.

I live in a locked or secure complex or don’t feel safe having my parcel safe dropped?

If you live in a locked complex or are concerned about the safety of your parcel please upgrade to Aus Post Express, signature on delivery. If you choose StarTrack Express with Authority to Leave and the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to a locked complex the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to repay for delivery.

What’s the difference between authority to leave and signature on delivery shipping?

Authority to leave – the courier will leave your parcel near your front door or gate; no signature will be required for delivery.

Signature on delivery – to receive your parcel you will need to be available to sign for your parcel. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, you will be left an AusPost delivery card and be able to pick it up from the noted post office at a later time.

If you have chosen authority to leave at checkout and would now like to change to the signature to delivery, we are able to offer this prior to shipping for an extra $4. Please contact us via email at hello@missbolddesign.com.au or our contact page to organise a Paypal invoice or payment to be processed against your credit card on file.

I can’t see the Perth shipping or pick up options at checkout?

The Perth shipping and pick up options will not appear until you enter a full Perth address on the checkout page, this is to ensure that the appropriate shipping options are shown to customers based on their location.

My tracking number is saying it has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.
