A mock-up is a visual example of your order including the details you provided to us, for example, names, dates, and placement of the design on board. The mock-up is set up on the Miss Bold Design board design template, in the board shape, you requested on your order. The mock-up is then delivered via email in a black and white JPEG format.
When will I receive my mock-up?
Within 24 business hours of your purchase, unless you purchase Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, these mockups are sent on Monday or the next business day. It is at this stage that you can double check names, dates and design location. Please note completely changing the board design or wording, may incur an extra custom design charge, we will contact you upon your order placement if this is the case.
Do you send mock-ups on the weekend or on public holidays?
No, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will not receive their mock-ups until we return to work on the next business day.
I can’t decide on a design; can you create me a mock-up before purchasing my board?
Sure can, for a $3 mock-up fee we can have our designers set up any Miss Bold personalised chopping board design in your choice of name, wording, date and location on the board. If you are then happy with the emailed mock-up template and keen to make the purchase this $3 mock-up fee will be deducted from your chopping board purchase price.
Please note this surcharge is per design, for example, you have three designs you can’t choose between, the total to set up all three is $9. To purchase this option please contact us via email at hello@missbolddesign.com.au or our contact page, and we will send you a PayPal invoice.
I haven’t received my mock up.
Sorry to hear this, the first place to check is in your spam inbox, several email providers have been known to block our mockup emails. We have tried searching for a solution for this but have yet an answer to resolve the problem. If can still not find your mockup please contact us via email at hello@missbolddesign.com.au, our contact page, live chat or phone with your order number, and we will follow this up for you ASAP.
I ordered a board but it didn’t require personalisation, will you still send me a mock-up?
No, we do not send mock-ups for boards that do not require personalisation.
